Ingredients for 8 people

Recipe

200g dark chocolate

200g butter

60g flour

30g brown sugar

40cl of Floc de Gascogne red

1 untreated orange

Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.

 

Heat the Floc de Gascogne in a saucepan to reduce it to a syrup consistency.

 

Beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture turns white. mixture.

 

Add the chocolate and melted butter and mix. Add the reduced Floc de Gascogne.

 

Grate the orange zest and add it to the mixture.

 

Bake at 180°C in a hot oven for 8 minutes.
