Completely private and independent house, garden, and pool where peace and quiet reign supreme. Located on an estate of over 100 hectares in the Landes forest, you will have access to a 2,500 m² enclosed garden with on-site activities for all tastes: an 8 m x 4 m pool, a swing set, pétanque, a large green space for children, garden furniture, and a relaxation area. This cottage has two bedrooms (two 160 cm beds), a bathroom, toilet, living room with fireplace, TV, and kitchen/dining room, all in a very modern style. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms (2 single beds and 2 queen-size beds), a bathroom (shower and toilet), and an alcove with a desk, relaxation area, and games for children. Additional heating in the off-season. Access road to the property is 1.1 km. Supplement for beds made on arrival. Sheets included for stays of 7 nights or more.
