Barolle Agroecological Estate

The Barolle Agroecological Domain - Plant Conservatory is a non-profit organization whose goal is to preserve and promote the plant genetic heritage of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, particularly in the field of fruit tree cultivation. Its main activities are:
- Ensuring the conservation, characterization, evaluation, promotion, marketing, and dissemination of the specific genetic heritage of plants cultivated in Nouvelle-Aquitaine
- Ensuring the reproduction and transmission of this heritage by organizing its dissemination to professionals and individuals
- Developing and promoting best practices related to the protection, restoration, and enhancement of cultivated biodiversity
- To offer support for all research aimed at identifying elements within existing plant heritage that are conducive to sustainable adaptation
