Two days of festivities to celebrate medieval heritage in Lot-et-Garonne and in Francescas with “Bastides en Fête”!
Program for Sunday, October 25, in Francescas:
For “Bastides en Fête,” come discover Francescas, its heritage, and its way of life! Start the day with a hike around the bastide and enjoy the flea market as you stroll and unearth a few treasures.
Continue your exploration with Guy Planès, a local storyteller, who will reveal Francescas through its history, anecdotes, and secrets. At lunchtime, savor the flavors of the region with a traditional meal featuring poule au pot and croustade.
In the afternoon, let yourself be carried away by the voices of the Tenaresa men’s choir. A warm and welcoming day filled with walks, heritage, gourmet delights, and music in the heart of the bastide!
