Exhibition and Sale: Aline Poupault's Pastels
The Salle des Écuyers is hosting a special exhibition and sale dedicated to Aline Poupault, a renowned pastel artist whose talent has left a lasting impression on several generations of art lovers.
A student of the master Ferdinand David at the Harpignies School, Aline Poupault devoted her life to artistic creation. After exploring various techniques—Indian ink, charcoal, oil, and watercolor—she made pastel her preferred medium. A technique she mastered with great sensitivity to capture the light, nuances, and delicacy of landscapes, flowers, and still lifes.
This exhibition pays tribute to an artist who has exhibited throughout France and abroad. Visitors will be able to discover or rediscover a selection of her works, which bear witness to a life entirely dedicated to art and the pursuit of beauty.
